Our Story
Since relocating to Louisiana in 2008, we have been part of several companies undergoing ownership changes. The acquiring companies, based out of state, eventually relocated jobs to their headquarters for efficiency and profit, leading to a loss of local revenue.
As the Boomer generation ages, 70% of businesses are at risk of failing to find new ownership without a solid plan. Over 3 million small businesses in the nation are owned by individuals aged 55 and older, employing over 32 million workers and generating $1.3 trillion in payroll. Many cannot leave their communities and, lacking a viable transition plan, may shut down permanently.
We are committed to retaining and growing jobs and revenue within Louisiana and the communities that have sustained these businesses for over two decades. Often, these establishments need a modernized strategy or a refreshed appearance to thrive again. It's essential for these businesses to remain integral to the community without incurring overwhelming debt. The support of their communities is crucial, and so is your support.
